Yes. You can move to a bigger plan if your business is growing and require more pages at any time.  We’ll just adjust your payment accordingly to the new contract. However, you cannot downgrade your plan once the site has been developed or delivered until the contract ends. 

Yes.  Like your telephone bill, this is a monthly service.  Once the term of your contract finishes then you can decide if you want to continue using our services or want to move to another company.  If you want to break the contract, you must pay the full amount of the value of the contract plus 10% of administrative fees. 

Absolutely! If you prefer to add more pages before jumping to the next plan you’ll be charged each page individually at $70/monthly per page. 

We can absolutely provide stock images if requested and required. However, we recommend that you provide professional images of your business to ensure an authentic and engaging Facebook or Instagram campaign.  If you require professional photography service, please see our packages or request a quote to your Account Manager.  

Initial Consultation: Our website team will reach out to you to book an onboarding call within 2 business days of receiving the order. You will book the call with our team within 3-5 business days and the web developer will conduct a consultation call with you to gather additional information if needed to complete the setup.

First Mock (completed in 5 business days): Based on the information provided during the consultation call, our developers will design a template mockup, which includes your chosen colour scheme and logo, content and images, and sends it for approval. If any revisions are needed, one round of revisions can be submitted by replying to the email.

Second Mock: Once the mockup is approved, we will build out the site and populate it with your-provided content. If none is supplied, we will add placeholder text and will use stock industry-specific images and will send it for approval within 10 business days. If any revisions are needed, one round of revisions can be submitted by replying to the email.

Site Publication: After the final revisions have been submitted, we will complete the look and feel of the site with site optimization tasks within 3 business days. Once your website is live, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the site.

The production timeline will be adjusted in cases where additional pages, products, or custom billable hours are added to an order. We need to directly contact you via email and phone to ensure we deliver on the set timeline.

Keep in mind that timelines may vary based on your responsiveness and availability. 

The turnaround for monthly changes to your website is five business days.
