Vidl clients can share their success, excitement and experiences with others by referring potential customers. As a client and member of our Referral Program, you can earn cash back or exclusive discounts when your referrals become Vidl customers.
How does it work? It’s simple.
Registering to our Referral Program is bringing our relationship to the next level and another way to show our commitment to your business growth. Earn up to 10% on the 1st invoice referred to Vidl, or get 15% off on your next project invoice or membership. You earn cash back or exclusive discounts for every new client you refer.
Register to our referral program
All our current and past customers have the opportunity to register for our Referral Program, claim their unique referral link and have access to their dashboard to see their referral status and collect payments.
Introduce Vidl to your colleague
Use your referral link to present Vidl to your referrals and ask them to book a FREE consultation with one of our Digital Marketing specialists.
Your referral becomes a client
You will be notified via email that one of your referrals has started a marketing project or purchased a membership. On the dashboard, the status of your colleague will change from referral to customer.
Collect your reward
You can choose from collecting a percentage of the sale from the first invoice of your referral or taking advantage of earning a 15% discount on your next invoice for marketing services.

Limits
Once registered into our Referral Marketing Program, each referral lead order must be placed through an active link, as the referral cannot be added after the order. Referral rewards are endowed once the referred customer signs a contract with Vidl and makes the first payment. Then the referral status on your dashboard changes to “customer.” The Referral Program and its terms are subject to change or end at any time and without notice.
Note: Cash back rewards are calculated based on labour rates or management fees only. Orders of third-party installations and plugin memberships are not eligible.
Eligibility
To have access to our Referral Program Rewards Must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for benefits. Program and rewards are conditional on and subject to local laws and regulations. The customer is responsible for all taxes and local requirements, and fees.
Neither the referrer nor the buyer may be a customer-facing employee, legal representative or partner of Vidl or any Affiliate of Vidl Digital Marketing & Advertising Agency. Nothing in the Referral Program shall be deemed to create any kind of relationship between the referrer and Vidl or any of Vidl’s Affiliates. The referrer has no authority to represent or bind Vidl.
Good Faith
We introduce programs such as these in good faith and expect the same good faith in return. Please note that we may withhold rewards where we believe customers are acting in bad faith or otherwise acting contrary to the intent of this program. To be clear, commercializing, advertising, publishing, mass distributing, selling or paying for use of referral links is not appropriate, and we will not honor such links. We cannot cover every nefarious scenario, nor will we attempt to, but we do promise to be fair and reasonable.
Not OK:
- Advertising
- Spam
- Anything misleading or annoying
- Paying or offering incentives for use of your link
- Referral code aggregation, including posting to deal and coupon sites

- YouTube channels
- Informational & fan websites
- Social media sharing

* Products under Program 12 will have a monthly payout based on the amount paid per instalment.
** Facebook Ads, Google Search Ads, Social Media Management and Listings Maintenance will have a payout only for the 1st month of service.
*** You cannot combine multiple discounts on one marketing project. For example, if you refer to 3 clients and are entitled to a 15% discount on your future projects, you can claim only 5% per project. You can claim another 5% on your following project until your payout has been fulfilled.
All payments are affected by the payment timeliness of your referred customers. In other words, we can only honour our compensations when referred customers meet their payment obligations.
Your marketing projects with Vidl are not eligible for cashback but might qualify for a referral discount.
